Phaedra Black is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to assisting leadership teams with consistently streamlining operations that align with organizational goals and initiatives. Her efforts have been instrumental in developing administrative solutions to reduce processing delays and increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.

For 30 years, Phaedra has worked as a Transaction Supervisor, supporting leadership teams in implementing case management protocols for onboarding clients. Her meticulous attention to detail allows her to excel in ensuring accurate and timely contract deliverables while adhering to strict regulatory compliance protocols.

Phaedra has been able to leverage her operations management skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency by serving as a liaison between agents and their clients and providing administrative support for contract interpretation and implementation. Her ability to quickly identify and resolve contract discrepancies helps to ensure more seamless transactions from contract to closing.
